4. The Plausibility Index^™

The Plausibility Index^™ is our proprietary scoring methodology for ranking competing theories. PI scores are editorial assessments, not factual determinations. A theory rated Plausible is not a confirmed fact, and a theory rated Fringe is not necessarily false. The Index is a guide to relative credibility under our methodology, not a verdict on truth.

5. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest content from the site;
• Use automated means to access the site without our written permission;
• Reverse engineer the Plausibility Index^™ methodology for commercial purposes;
